Abde’a Cultural Licenses Platform

Abde’a is an e-platform that aims to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and support and empower cultural activity in Saudi Arabia. The Theater and Performing Arts Commission provides the service of issuing cultural licenses and permits to practitioners and talented individuals to enable them to engage in cultural activities that contribute to the sector’s growth.
